Jesus walked this earth fully man and fully God. Jesus always put others before Himself, Healing, providing for needs, protecting, teaching. He lived the perfect life of loving His neighbor as Himself.
1 John 2:6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself to walk just as He walked.
Romans 13:10 Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment, meant of the law.
1 Corinthians 13:4-7 Love suffers long and is kind; love does not envy, love does not parade itself, is not puffed up; does not behave rudely, is not provoked, thinks no evil, does not rejoice in iniquity, but rejoices in the truth, bears all things, believes all things, endures all things.
1 Corinthians 13:13 and now abide faith, hope, love, these three, but the greatest of these is love.
You will know them by their fruit!
1 Peter 2:22-23 who committed no sin, nor was deceit found in His mouth, who when reviled, did not revile in return; when He suffered, He did not threaten, but committed Himself to Him who judges righteously.
Lord thank You for Your Son Jesus. Thank you for sending Your Son the Word to show us the way, the truth and the life. Lord thank You for remembering that we are but dust. Please open our eyes to Your truth in how we are to walk out this life You have given us. Lord awaken Your Holy Ghost in us so strong that our perfect Guide who glorifies Jesus and speaks only Your truth clearly through Your Word. In Jesus name amen.
Philippians 2:3 Let nothing be done through strife or vain glory, but in lowliness of mind let each esteem the other better than himself.
