There is many who are saying their rights are being infringed on by being asked to wear a mask or get a vaccine to protect others as well as themselves. That is the way of the world. When we choose to follow Jesus we are choosing to obey God’s will and God’s way not ours. God’s way is never selfish.
John 14:15 “If you love Me keep My commandments.
Matthew 22:37-40 Jesus Said to him, “You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, and with all your mind. This is the first and great commandment. And the second is like it: you shall love your neighbor as yourself. On these two commandments hang all the Law and the Prophets.”
Romans 13:10 Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
Did Jesus believe any less in His Heavenly Father when He refused to throw himself off the pinnacle of the temple saying “It is written thou shall not tempt the Lord your God.” Jesus didn’t do something stupid to show God would save Him. Should we not also follow His example?
1 John 2:6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself walk just as He walked.
1 John 2:10 He who loves his brother abides in the light, and there is no cause for stumbling in him.
