Conviction?

The Holy Spirit convicts us of sin, of righteousness, and of judgement. The Holy Spirit guides us in truth. We are all on a journey through this life and no two of us are in the exact same place at the same time. We are called to love one another, to lift up each other and yes, to gently redirect if one of us stumbles. Gently, for we are none without sin.

John 16:8 And when He has come, He will convict the world of sin, and of righteousness, and of judgement.

John 16:13 However when He the Spirit of truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth; for He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you of things to come.

Do we try to be others Holy Spirit for them sometimes?

1 Peter 4:15 But let none of you suffer as a murderer, a thief, an evildoer, or as A busybody in other peoples matters.

John 13:34-35 A new commandment I give to you, That you love one another; as I have loved you, that you also love one another. By this all will know that you are My disciples, if you have love for one another.

What do others see in us? The Holy Spirit will never go against God’s word. Demons will speak half truths and out right lies to lead us astray. Jesus fought the devil with God’s word. We have to know God’s word and refer back to and search out what is the way, the truth and the life. It is written.

I am God's work in progress. God's word says "be holy as I am holy." The only way to accomplish this is to turn our lives over to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have found that this is a learning process but begins with a real desire to know Him. My prayer is Lord keep me on your paths of righteousness bringing glory and honor to your name.
