There is only One who knows the day and hour each of us will leave this world. Are we ready? Are we holding on to Jesus teachings? Are we doing our best to obey the One we call Lord? Is life getting in the way? Do we think we can handle everything? Today someone will leave this world in an instant; there will be no notice that it is time to leave just a call. We are none perfect, yes there is only One who was and is perfect and He is our King, our high Priest forever, Jesus stands in the gap for us not because we are worthy but because of His great love for us. Should we love others in the same way Jesus loves, the way He teaches us? To forgive so we will be forgiven? Look out any window, look out any door see the greatness of God, pray and hold on.
Psalm 19:1 The heavens declare the glory of God and the firmament shows His handiwork.
Psalm 51:1 Have mercy upon me, O God according to Your lovingkindness; according to the multitude of Your tender mercies blot out my transgressions.
Proverbs 3:3-6 Let not mercy and truth forsake you; Bind them around your neck, write them on the tablet of your heart, and so find favor and high esteem in the sight of God and man. Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding: IN ALL YOUR WAYS ACKNOWLEDGE HIM, AND HE SHALL DIRECT YOUR PATHS.
