Do you feel like the world is falling apart? I think many of us may. There was a time when I thought my world was falling apart, that I was going crazy. The song would repeat in my head, “Your world’s not falling apart, it’s falling into place.” Did you think this much racism still existed in this world? Did you think there was so many who thought they were judge and jury over others lives? Did you imagine there was so much hate for those who don’t see things the way others do? Did you think there was so many who lied and stole to further their agendas? To clean away sin it must come to the light. Sin exposed can be forsaken and true change can come. Our world is not falling apart but our sin is being exposed. Will we forsake our sin or cling to it? God changes the world by changing me, one me at a time. What fruit do we want to bare for God?
Luke 19:10 “For the Son of Man came to seek and to save that which was lost.”
Do we condemn others that we do not know on the word of those we do not know?
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, He is faithful and just to forgive us our sins and cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
1 John 2:3-6 Now by this we know that we know Him, if we keep His commandments. He who says, “I know Him,” and does not keep His commandments; is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoever keeps His word, truly the love of God is perfected in him. By this we know that we are in Him. He who says he abides in Him ought to himself also to walk just as He walked.
1 John 4:8 He who does not love does not know God, for God is love.
Romans 13:10 Love does no harm to a neighbor; therefore love is the fulfillment of the law.
Will we be the change we want to see?
