Where is our focus today and each day we are given? I am convicted today that my focus has been on the terrible things happening in the world. What if? What if we change our focus? To the good God is doing? To all the lives spared, to all those who are being fed and housed. To all those being spared by the warning they had and those who have been rescued by those who choose to help others. What if we are thankful for those whom God sends to the rescue? Yes, we pray for those hurting and lost. Will we remember to praise and worship our God for His mercy in providing for others what is needed through His people? Every little bit helps. Will we change our focus? Will we ask what can I do?
Hebrews 12:2 looking unto Jesus, the author and finisher of our faith, who for the joy that was set before Him endured the cross, despising the shame, and has sat down at the right hand of the throne of God.
Psalm 33:1 Rejoice in the Lord, O You righteous! For praise from the upright is beautiful.
Praise ye the Lord, for His mercy endures forever! AMEN
