Revelation 22:18-19 For I testify to everyone who hears the words of the prophecy of this book: If anyone adds to these things, God will add to him the plagues that are written in this book; and if anyone takes away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part from the Book of Life, from the holy city and from the things which are written in this book.
There has been many that have given interpretations of things in this wonderful Book of God’s wisdom. Do we pay attention to their words? Do they match what is written in God’s word? God’s word is plain. In reading the old the new is revealed. Those things we read in Revelation can be found in the Old and the New testament. Why do we speculate how things will come about when we have been told?
Revelation 13:16-17 He causes all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and slave, to receive a mark on their RIGHT HAND, or on their FOREHEADS, and that no one may buy or sell except one who has the MARK or the NAME of the beast, or the NUMBER of his name.
Can it be more clear? Do we suppose God would trick us?
Matthew 24:25-27 See, I have told you beforehand. “Therefore if they say to you, ‘Look, He is in the desert!’ do not go out; or ‘Look he is in the inner rooms!’ do not believe it. For as the lighting comes from the east and flashes to the west also will the coming of the Son of Man be.
Can it be more clear? Do we believe God can do all things? If it was not done God’s way how would we truly know it was God?
Numbers 23:19 God is not a man, that He should lie; Nor a son of man, that He should repent. Has He said and will He not do? Or has He spoken, and will He not make it good?
2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Thank You God for Your Word! Hebrews 4:12 For the Word of God living and powerful, sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, and of points and marrow, and is the discerner of the thoughts and intents of the heart.
