How often do we buy something and decide we don’t need the instructions to use it or put it together? God’s word is filled with LIFE! With life giving, life saving instruction. All God’s ways are good. Yet, we are all stiff necked at times. How often do we take that short cut, agree to do something that we know is not quit right just to go along? How often do we wish we had used those instructions?
Psalm 50:16-17 But to the wicked God says: What right have you to declare My statutes, or take My covenant in your mouth, seeing you hate instruction and cast My words behind you.
The instructions can save us time, save us from destroying or being destroyed. There is a scripture for all God’s ways. Are we listening? In every situation we can breath a prayer. We are all one step from the ditch.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
It is written: If we acknowledge God in all our ways He will direct our paths. It is ours for the asking but then we need to listen and follow. Are we listening? Will we listen?
