Jesus is King and has all authority over heaven and earth. Jesus came to intercede for all people of the earth. Jesus is King and high Priest forever. Abraham interceded for lot and God saved Lot for Abraham. Who are we interceding for? Bless and do not curse.
Genesis 19:29 And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the plain that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the mist of the overthrow, when He overthrew the cities in which Lot dwelt.
Isaiah 59:15-16 So truth fails, and he who departs from evil makes himself prey. Then the Lord saw it and it displeased Him that there was no justice. He saw that there was no man, and wondered that there was no intercessor; therefore His own arm brought salvation for Him; and His own righteousness, it sustained Him.
Isaiah 42:1-4 Behold! My Servant whom I uphold, My Elect One in whom My soul delights! I have put My Spirit upon Him; He will bring forth justice to the gentiles. He will not cry out nor raise His voice, nor cause His voice to be heard in the street. A bruised reed He will not break, and smoking flax He will not quench; He will bring forth justice for truth. He will not fail nor be discouraged, till He has established justice on the earth; and the coastlands shall wait for His law.
Isaiah 42:6 I, the Lord, have called You in righteousness, and I will hold Your hand; I will keep You and give You as a covenant to the people, as a light to the gentiles.
John 3:16-17 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, so that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life. For God did not send His Son into the world to condemn the world, but that the world through him might be saved.
Are we condemning or intervening?
