God judged and judges HIS PEOPLE. Do we look out at the world and judge them for their behavior? Do we think we are to force our beliefs on unbelievers? Are we walking in Jesus ways? God changes the world by changing me; one me at a time. Will we search ourselves and begin to correct our own behavior? God so love the world. Jesus came to seek and to save the lost. God is love.
Matthew 7:1-2 “Judge not, that you be not judged. For with what judgement you judge, you will be judged; and with the measure you use, it will be measured back to you.”
1 Corinthians 5:12-13 For what have I to do with judging those who are outside? Do you not judge those who are inside? BUT those OUTSIDE God judges. Therefore put away from yourselves the evil person.
James 4:17 Therefore, to him who knows to do good and does not do it, to him it is sin.
Luke 12:47-48 And that servant who knew his masters will, and did not prepare himself or do according to his will, shall be beaten with many stripes. BUT he who did not know, yet committed things deserving of stripes, shall be beaten with few. For everyone to whom much is given, from him much will be required; and to whom much is committed, of him they will ask much.
Will we stop looking out and start looking at our own behavior? I don’t find this easy. When I ask about another’s behavior God reminds me that He corrects my behavior.
2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves as to whether you are in the faith. Test yourselves. Do you not know yourselves, that Jesus Christ is in you.
God is the reader of our hearts!
Psalm 139:23-24 Search me, O God, and know my heart; try me, and know my anxieties; And see if there is any wicked way in me, and lead me in the way everlasting.
John 12:47 “And if anyone hears My words and does not believe, I do not judge him, for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world.”
God is righteous judge. He knows every heart.
