When the Lord sent me to Judges to read it; I was saddened by what I read there. I prayed as I often do “Lord let me stay.” You see we are all like sheep who go astray. Read this amazing history book of God’s Word and count how many times you read:
Then the children of Israel did evil in the sight of the Lord
The Lord was moved at their cries and raised up a deliver for them
Most times of peace were forty years. This was time those who knew God’s ways lived. There was one eighty year period. They went astray to the same sins each time.
Lord, to You be all the glory. Your love and mercy is amazing. God is Love, Love always wins
