Ephesians 2:4-5 But God, who is rich in mercy, because of His great love with which He loved us, even when we were dead in our trespasses, made us alive together with Christ (by grace you have been saved)

Romans 5:8 But God demonstrates His own love toward us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us.

We have all sinned and fallen short of God’s glory. No law has been able to fix that condition ever. It is a heart condition, a mind condition. We can’t fix hate, racism, and division with laws. These things are the root cause of the problems we are seeing in our country. God sees our hearts, He knows our motives. God will not be mocked. The use of His name and what we pick and choose from His word to justify our own agenda or actions is mocking Him. We need to ask God to clean up the root causes of the problems we have. We need to pray about the state of our own hearts(psalm 19).

Matthew 5:18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled.

Matthew 6:14-15 For if you forgive men their trespasses, your Heavenly Father, will also forgive you, but if you do not forgive men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses. Jesus said from hanging on a cross “Father forgive them for they know not what they do”.

Father, forgive us and lead us to forgive and change our hearts and minds. You change the world by changing each one of us. Thank You, that You are a Personal Savior. You know each of us fully by name and heart. In Jesus name amen

I am God's work in progress. God's word says "be holy as I am holy." The only way to accomplish this is to turn our lives over to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have found that this is a learning process but begins with a real desire to know Him. My prayer is Lord keep me on your paths of righteousness bringing glory and honor to your name.
