It is amazing in this time that so much information is at our finger tips. We have the internet on our phone, computers, televisions, radios, and so much more. The Bible is still the most purchased book in the world. We ask God for wisdom, knowledge, understanding, and discernment but do we read His Holy Word that God gave us and still covers everything we need to make good decisions? Do we believe God when He said His Word would live forever? Again, the Bible is still number one seller and we now have it on our computer, phones, tablets, and in print. I pray God opens our hearts and minds to see the treasure He has given us in His Son Jesus and in His Word.
James 4:8 Draw near to God and He will draw near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners; and purify your hearts, you double minded.
Proverbs 2:6 For the Lord gives wisdom, from Him come knowledge and understanding.
Jeremiah 33:3 Call to Me, and I will answer you, and show you great and mighty things, which you do not know.
John 14:26 But the Helper, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in My name, He will teach you all things, and bring to your remembrance all that I said to you.
When the devil tempted Jesus three times, three times Jesus said, “IT IS WRITTEN.” Do we ignore information we receive? Do we ignore warning signs, weather forecasts, medical alerts, and more? God’s Word is now and forever. We can ask God anything and God will answer. Are we listening?
John 14:12-14 Most assuredly, I say to you, he who believes in Me, the works that I do he will do also; and greater works than these he will do, because I go to My Father. And whatever you ask in My name, that I will do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son. If you ask anything in My name, I will do it.
Do we believe God is still God? The same yesterday, today, and forever?
