In my bible study our leader who does the lecture before our group discussion said something that made me think. She said, “Light always over comes the darkness.” When we are in a dark room and we turn on the light the light has then overtaken the darkness. The darkness cannot over take the light.
John 8:12 Then Jesus spoke to them again saying, ” I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life.
1 John 2:6 He who says he abides in Him ought himself also walk just as He walked.
Psalm 19:12-14 Who can understand his errors? Cleanse me from secret faults. Keep back Your servant from presumptuous sins; Let them not have dominion over me. Then I shall be blameless and I shall be innocent of great transgression. Let the words of my mouth and the meditation of my heart be acceptable in Your sight, O Lord, my strength and my Redeemer.
