Are we still only taking in the milk of God’s word? Are we walking in His ways? Are we gaining truth by His word?
Hebrews 5:12-14 For by this time you ought to be teachers, you need someone to teach you again the first principles of the oracles of God; and you have come to need milk and not solid food. For everyone who partakes only of milk is unskilled in the word of righteousness, for he is a babe. But solid food belongs to those who are of full age, that is, those who are by reason of USE have their senses exercised to discern both good and evil.
Matthew 7:20 Therefore by their fruits you will know them.
Galatians 5:22-23 The fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control. Against such there is no law.
Galatians 6:7 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap.
What are we sowing?
2 Corinthians 10:5 Casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ.
Are we doers of God’s word? Are we eating the meat and growing strong in the fruits of His Spirit?
Blessed are they who hunger and thirst for righteousness for they shall be filled.
Will we come to the fountain that never runs dry?
