Pearls?

We cannot force others to accept our beliefs. We cannot demand they walk out the life they have not chosen. We can choose to walk out the life that we have chosen in Christ Jesus by the Holy Spirit. We can choose to walk just as Jesus walked. He walked in love, joy, peace, gentleness, kindness, faithfulness, goodness, He healed all who came to Him, feed the hungry, loved and forgave the lost and even those who hated Him. Are we walking just as Jesus walked?

1 John 2:6 He who abides in Him ought to also walk just as He walked.

1 Peter 2:12 Having your conduct honorable among the gentiles, that when they speak against you as evildoers they may , by your good works which they observe, glorify God in the day of visitation.

2 Corinthians 6:3 We give no offense in anything, that our ministry may not be blamed.

1 Thessalonians 4:11-12 That you also aspire to live a quiet life, to mind your own business, and to work with your own hands, as we commanded you, that you may walk properly toward those who are outside, and that you may lack nothing.

Philippians 4:6 Be anxious for nothing, but in everything by prayer and supplication, with thanksgiving, let your requests be made known to God.

Philippians 4:5 Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.

What pearls are we giving? Are we producing love, joy, peace, gentleness, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, self control? Against these things there is no law. Jesus is the same yesterday, today, and forever more. Blessed be our Lord and Savior who died that the world might be saved through Him.

Let your gentleness be known to all men. The Lord is at hand.

I am God's work in progress. God's word says "be holy as I am holy." The only way to accomplish this is to turn our lives over to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have found that this is a learning process but begins with a real desire to know Him. My prayer is Lord keep me on your paths of righteousness bringing glory and honor to your name.
