Acts 4:12-13 Nor is there salvation in any other, for there is no other name under heaven given among men by which we must be saved. Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were uneducated and untrained men, they marveled. And they realized that they had been with Jesus.
Do others realize we are believers in Jesus Christ when they see us, hear us speak?
Ephesians 4:31 Let all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, evil speaking be put away from you with all malice.
Matthew 6:22-23 The lamp to the body is the eye. If therefore your eye is good, your whole body will be full of light. But if your eye is bad, your whole body will be full of darkness. If therefore the light that is in you is darkness, how great is that darkness.
The more hate, anger, malice, filth that we see and listen too becomes as a cancer to us. It grows slowly so as we don’t even realize that the devil has made his home with us because it is harmless, it is a good cause, right? Do you find yourself being angry over the things you watch or listen to?
James 3:17-18 But the wisdom from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, willing to yield, full of mercy, and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. Now the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace by those who make peace.
Lord, thank You for Your word. In Jesus name Abba, strengthen Your people to walk in Your ways and follow Your teaching. Blessed are the peacekeepers for they shall be called the sons of God. Blessed are the meek for they shall inherit the earth.
