Have you wondered about God makes it rain on the just and the unjust? Do you wonder that God’s word says if we keep His commandments He will keep us and provide for us? Maybe God corrects His children? God corrects us to protect us but He also does it His way. As I wondered about these things God brought me to His word. I hope it helps you as well. Ezekiel 9:6 Utterly slay old and young men, maidens, and little children, and women; but do not come near anyone on whom is the mark; and begin at My sanctuary.
Jeremiah 24:4-7 Again the word of the Lord came to me saying, “Thus says the Lord, the God of Israel: ‘Like these good figs, so will I acknowledge these who are carried away captive from Judah, whom I have sent out of this place for their own good, into the land of the Chaldeans. For I will set My eye on them for good, and I will bring them back to this land; I will build them and not pull them down, and I will plant them and not pluck them up. Then I will give them a heart to know Me, that I am the Lord; and they shall be My people, and I will be their God, for they shall return to Me with their whole heart.’
Our Good, Good Father does watch over His children. He loves, protects, corrects, teaches, leads and is so merciful. Sometimes it is so hard to see because we only see a small portion of the picture. Our Father sees the whole picture.
Isaiah 40:28 Have you not know? Have you not heard? The everlasting God, the Lord, the Creator of the ends of the earth, neither faints nor is weary. His understanding is unsearchable.
John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting life.
