2 Timothy 2:15 Be diligent to present yourselves approved to God, a worker, who does not need to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
2 Timothy 2:24 and a servant of the Lord must not quarrel but be gentle to all able to teach, patient, in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may know the truth.
2 Timothy 3:1-5 But know this, that in the last days perilous times will come. For men will be lovers of themselves, lovers of money, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, unloving, unforgiving, slanders, without self control, brutal, despisers of good, traitors, head strong, haughty, lovers of pleasure rather than lovers of God, having a form of godliness but denying its power, and from such people turn away.
Romans 14:21 It is good neither to eat meat nor drink wine nor do anything by which your brother stumbles or is offended or is made weak.
Romans 15:3 For even Christ did not please Himself; but as it is written, the reproaches of those who reproached you fell on Me.
1 Corinthians 8:9-13 But beware lest some how this liberty of yours become a stumbling block to those who are weak. For if any one sees you who have knowledge eating in an idols temple, will not the conscience of him who is weak be emboldened to eat those things offered to idols? And because of your knowledge shall the weak brother perish, for whom Christ died? But when you thus sin against the brethren, and wound their weak conscience, you sin against Christ. Therefore if food makes my brother stumble I will never again eat meat, lest I make my brother stumble.
To love our neighbor as our selves Jesus said is the second great commandment and like the first and greatest commandment, Love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul, with all your mind, and with all your strength.
Jesus explained the parable of the good Samaritan in Luke 10:25-37 who our neighbor is. As Christians we are watched, we are looked at to see just how we do treat others, how we talk about others, how we obey the ways of God and Jesus Christ. Do you want to be an influence for Jesus? Be humble and wear your mask, be humble and think of those who are grieving the sudden loss of their loved ones right now. Remember to tell God how grateful you are that this has not come to you and those you love and lift up all who are grieving the loss of loved ones right now. For every one that has died there are many left behind to grieve.
Lord in Jesus name forgive me for being less than loving to others. Help me shine Your love and Your way humbly. Lord as I try to study and learn Your way keep Your hand upon me and keep evil away from me that I may not cause pain but that I may shine Your love to those around me.
Blessed be our Lord and Savior! In Whom there is no darkness but Who is just and righteous.
1 Corinthians 10:24 Let no one seek his own, but each one the others well being.
