We as Christians are not , cannot fight with the worlds weapons of hate, anger, division, fear, and chaos. These things come from the evil one and only cause hurt and death. Come out from among the world and be you a separate people unto Christ Jesus.
Ephesians 6:11-18 Put on the whole armor of GOD, that you may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil. For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against rulers of the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore take up the whole armor of GOD, that you may be able to withstand in the evil day, and having done all, to stand. Stand therefore, having girded your waist TRUTH, having put on the BREASTPLATE of RIGHTEOUSNESS, and having shod your feet with the PREPARATION OF THE GOSPEL OF PEACE, above all, taking the SHIELD OF FAITH with which you will be able to quench all the fiery darts of the wicked one. And take the HELMET OF SALVATION, and the SWORD OF THE SPIRIT, which is the WORD OF GOD; PRAYING ALWAYS, with all prayer and supplication in the Spirit, being watchful to this end with all perseverance and supplication for all the saints.
Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, long-suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control. Against such there is no law.
Lord, we thank You for Your perfect Word. Lord, we thank You for Jesus who gives us His love in coming to save us from our sins. Lord, in Jesus name Your people are bing bombarded with shows of hate and anger and lies for others. Help us to turn from these to remember who we are. We are Your children Lord. Help us to raise our voices to You and not worldly things that are no help that only cause more hurt and pain and anger. You alone are worthy of all praise. Forgive us and draw us back to You and Your way of truth, and life. We like all sheep have gone astray. Jesus our Savior our truth and way and life bring us back into Your fold. AMEN
