Why God’s people?

Matthew 5:14-16 You are the light of the world. A city that is set on a hill cannot be hidden. Nor do they light a lamp and put it under a basket, But on a lamp stand, and it gives light to all who are in the house. Let your light so shine before men, that they see your good works and glorify your Father in heaven.

John 14:15 If you love Me keep My commandments.

Are the fruits of the Spirit shining bright?

I am God's work in progress. God's word says "be holy as I am holy." The only way to accomplish this is to turn our lives over to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have found that this is a learning process but begins with a real desire to know Him. My prayer is Lord keep me on your paths of righteousness bringing glory and honor to your name.
