Proverbs 1:2-5 To know wisdom and instruction, to receive the words of understanding, to receive the instruction of wisdom, justice, judgement, and equity; to give prudence to the simple, to the young man knowledge and discretion. A wise man will hear and increase learning, and a man of understanding will attain wise counsel.
Proverbs 2:6 For the Lord gives wisdom; from His mouth come knowledge and understanding.
Proverbs 4:5 Get wisdom! Get understanding! Do not forget, nor turn away from the words of My mouth.
James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, who gives to all liberally and without reproach, and it will be given to him.
Ephesians 4:14 That we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind and doctrine, by the trickery of men in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting.
2 Timothy 2:15 Study to show yourself approved unto God, a workman that need not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
Acts 17:11 These were more fair minded than those in Thessalonica, in that they received the word with all readiness, and searched the Scripture daily to find out whether these things were so.
Thank You Lord, You have left us Your word that we may learn of You. You have given us much wisdom of You and your way. You have left us Your teaching. Lord, Your word says blessed are they that hunger and thirst for righteousness for they shall be filled. Lord, Abba, increase our hunger and thirst to know You to know Your word. Draw us to Your table. Your word says all you who are simple come eat, drink from Me from My word from My wisdom. Help us Lord, Lead us to Your wisdom give us understanding. In Jesus name amen
