As Christ followers we are told we should walk just as Jesus walked. Jesus healed all who came to Him, He fed the 5000 plus women and children, fed the 4000 plus women and children and there was plenty left over in that blessing, there was no deceit found in Him, He taught all that the Father taught Him, gave us His commandments from the Father and told us if we love Him we would keep them. He taught us to bless and not curse, not to speak bad of others but to treat them as we want to be treated even when it isn’t returned. To remember we are all created in His image by Him and He is Judge for He is the only Reader of our hearts. He said love the stranger among us as one of us because He loves them. To seek the Father and to put our trust in Him and not man nor things of this world. Then His word says not by might nor by power but by My Spirit.

Do we love others as ourselves? Are we kind? Are we gentle? Do we show others goodness? Do we encourage others? Do we lift them up when they are down? Do we lend a hand when asked for or needed? Do we do it cheerfully going the extra mile? Do we stop before we speak or post something derogatory about others even if we don’t know them? We are all created in God’s image and His plans are much higher than our minds can comprehend. What if we only received those blessings we send out in word , in deed, in prayer?

Lord, thank You for Your long-suffering with us. Thank You for loving us so much You sent Jesus to show us the way and to be our Savior. We have all sinned and fallen short of Your will, and Your way. But God! By Your Spirit You will complete the good work You have begun in us. In Jesus name amen

I am God's work in progress. God's word says "be holy as I am holy." The only way to accomplish this is to turn our lives over to our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. I have found that this is a learning process but begins with a real desire to know Him. My prayer is Lord keep me on your paths of righteousness bringing glory and honor to your name.
