Do we know Jesus or have the knowledge of Jesus? Do we know our Father God or have the knowledge of? There is a difference. To know someone we are in a relationship with them. To have knowledge of someone we have heard of them or read about them. To experience the Lord’s presence and know His presence can be different for each person who believes and accepts Jesus as real, Lord and Savior, and God our Father as our Father. When God’s Holy Spirit abides with us we have a relationship with God that for those who only have the knowledge of God do not truly understand. As for me it is difficult to explain to anyone that relationship. The scripture tells us the work of the Holy Spirit in our lives but it can be manifest differently for each of us because our Heavenly Father knows each of us perfectly. There is no two of us exactly alike. We are perfectly human and perfectly loved by our Father. Our Heavenly Father loves, corrects, guides, warns, helps, provides, leads, heals, and even makes us smile and so much more. We are never alone.
John 1:10-12 He was in the world, and the world was made through Him, and the world did not know Him. He came to His own, and His own did not receive Him. But as many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, to those who believe in His name.
John 15:26 But when the Helper comes, whom I will send to you from the Father, The Spirit of Truth who proceeds from the Father, He will testify of Me.
John 16:13-14 However when He, the Spirit of Truth has come, He will guide you into all truth; For He will not speak on His own authority, but whatever He hears He will speak; and He will tell you things to come.
The Holy Spirit will never go against God’s commandments!
Galatians 5:22-23 But the fruit of the Spirit is Love, joy, peace, long suffering, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, self control. Against such there is no law.
